Comments by customer: Patsy is super dedicated in servicing me going extra mile throughout. Even after the unit was tenanted and I requested no involvement with managing the tenant, Patsy went the extra miles by attending to the tenants needs and liaising with the tenant for the monthly rental. Upon the non renewal, Patsy has the initiative to list the property and conduct the viewings accordingly. She promptly updated me on the progress of the viewing. When the outgoing tenant did not have the resources to do the wardrobe repair and deep cleaning. Patsy personally see through it and did a thoroughly check prior to handing over. She made sure everything was done by and functioning. On handover date, she thoughtfully listed and went through the handover list before handing over.
I am very pleased with Patsy and definitely recommend her to anyone who needs such service.
