He has definitely gone the extra mile to do things which are out of his scope, for example, getting the signatures (for renovation) from the owners of the resales that we are purchasing from. Highly recommended if: - You want a very patient guy with good attitude and positive energy to manage your property. - You are a first time buying/selling your HDB flat as he will manage your timeline in such a way that you will have the maximum possible amount of time for your renovation of your resales. - You have MANY questions on the buying/selling process.
