Provided briefing as to what to expect in a sale as well as future purchase (benchmark price, timeline, legal and financial aspects), provided close updates regarding status and follow up, number of offers received, the potential likely asking/target sale price and also letting me know buyers considerations/insights in their offers. His professional advice has helped me in my decision making process and we managed to close the sale and meeting my targeted sale price in less than 2 months.
