He came to the flat and told me we need to clean up, paint and fixed it up for it be presentable. He would do all that, so that I dont have to! Fantastic...he guided me and showed what will take place with a timeline. He is very respectful, patient, as I am not very savvy digitally, explained clearly and I appreciated his competence. He also helped to write all the emails to HDB on my behalf, whatever info or documents they needed, he also took care of it.
