He came to the flat and told me we need to clean up, paint and fixed it up for it be presentable. He would do all that, so that I dont have to! Fantastic...he guided me and showed what will take place with a timeline. He is very respectful, patient, as I am not very savvy digitally, explained clearly and I appreciated his competence. He also helped to write all the emails to HDB on my behalf, whatever info or documents they needed, he also took care of it. It really took alot of stress away from me as I was struggling with so many regulations on resale flats. I am also grateful Naen is very professional, does not pry or ask personal questions.
