From guiding us on how to maximise the house potentials with arranging of furniture to taking the photos, videos to the pricing and to the actual day of viewing. On the actual day, many groups came and she managed to close the deal at our desired price. She was working nearby so that once secured, she can proceed to the next step as fast as possible without having to trouble us. We were fascinated as though we hear many closing on first viewing buy never thought it would happen to us. This is all thanks to Sharons professionalism, efficiency and awesome negotiating skills. The Renting We needed to rent and it was really tough as we have a budget we do not wish you burst. Usually what people call the, want cheap, want good. Sharon relentless sought out units within our budgets and requests. Bringing us to different developments and shared the pros and cons of the units and location. Knowing accessibility to public transport, MRT, was our main concern, she ensure that each unit viewed has that concern addressed. I would say we view nothing lesser than 20-30units. However, Sharon has no qualms about it and has never once complained yet she kept reassuring us that it is okay and if need to, she will keep looking out. Finally, we managed to rent a place that met our budget and considerations. The Buying Process Even before my official MOP, i reach out to Sharon to look at new projects and places that potentially would be my next home. I remembered I told Sharon upfront that Im a shopper as we havent met the MOP and was unclear on our next step. She wasnt hesitant at all and offer to go through with us the options we have, potential selling price for our flat and what was the price we can look at and what was the outlays required. It also came along with a report that show my house(now previous home) potential. She was kind enough to arrange all the different new launch projects that we were interested in to have a look and feels. She also came for all sessions ensuring that all our ? were answered. At all these sessions, there was never once we felt pressured or pushed to buy. Along the way, our directions changes as we have considerations affecting our decisions. Sharon not only acknowledged our concerns, but also came up with a different proposal for us. Ultimately, allowing us to sign confidently on the OTP.
