Comments by customer I would like to commend Ho Li Kai for the following help he rendered to my rental unit : 1. He took initiative to update my inventory without me asking 2.i had an issue of complain by neighbour on aircon condensation at the said unit. Li Kai acted on the complain immediately, visited the affected unit. The neighbour was abusive and hostile but Li Kai maintained his cool and professionalism. He tried his best to resolve the issue. I am convinced that Li Kai will impressed his clients by his warmth, dedication towards the good of them. I wish to thank Li Kai for his excellent service and wish him all the best in property line.
