She was able to close a deal within one month above our target price, pushing our only offer after 16 viewings up by $35K from initial offer. She was very prompt and effective in following up with enquiries, handling objections viewers had and also helping us clarify questions we had. Appreciated the value-added video house tour comprehensive property fact sheet she did of our home to enhance the property listing on sales platforms and information to viewers.
