Once we let Ms Soh to handle the sale of our HDB, she managed to get us an offer matching our expectation in 20 days. Ms Soh also managed our uncooperative tenants professionally n stop them from driving away the potential buyers.

    Comments by customer Ms Soh has gone extra miles by preparing a proposal (printed out n kept in a folder) on why I should invest into Jden. Ms Soh also makes me understanding why I should sell my old HDB and invest on a new condo project, greatly appreciate her professional advice on property investment.

    Comments by customer We hv a tough, rude and entitled tenant. But Liang is able to manage him so professionally despite having to take all his verbal and text diarrhoea even when she is overseas. We are glad we have liang to front this tenant for us and i am sure she will do the same for her clients with utmost professionalism. She has always proven herself all the time. Cheers
