Comments by customer I was introduced to Don through a friend. I was selling my parents house since they have both passed away. Don is not just a property agent that wants that commission. He advised us the areas to take note that would affect sale price (it is a 30-40 year old flat), handled all visitings without us around and even helped me adjusted my mindset of pitying the buyers. The timing was not the best (during CNY) and yet he managed to get 2-3 groups to visit. He also engaged a professional photography service to make the listings more attractive. Since the sale was a different one, he also arranged professional lawyers that is familiar with Grant of Probate sale.
