Comments by customer 12th August 2023 - Out of the blue. I texted Agent Siti Aisha Yassin if she would do me the honour of selling my 3-room HDB for me. Of course she said Yes! Immediately sent her pictures of my unit because my partner and I just came back from own viewing and we really like the unit we just saw. But unfortunately/fortunately, the seller of the unit that we were keen on, decided not to sell. It was also $80k over valuation. - I shared with Agent Aisha what the criteria for the new unit I wanted. Looking back, my requirements were farfetched. Example: I wanted a high floor unit, unblocked views, must be near the MRT station, at least 70 years lease left, and most important the layout of the unit cannot be have the bedrooms are all connected along the long hallway... - Agent Aisha brought me and my partner around Choa Chu Kang estate and then we found a unit that I am keen on! Coincidentally, its right below the unit that we initially wanted but the seller decided not to sell! Agent Aisha worked her magic, offered them the price I was willing to offer and WALLA! They accepted it! Valuation matched too! - Fast forward to 4 months 2 weeks later (from the day I texted Agent Aisha to sell my unit) Im now at HDB HUB as it is my HDB Completion Day today! Sell and Buy within 4.5months?! Thats just crazy! All thanks to Agent Aisha! Shes fabulous! Shes the Agent you want to work with you! So if Propnex sees this review, give her a promotion already!
