Comments by customer We have communicated with a handful of property agents before we decided to engage Cynthia, no doubt most of the agents were friendly and knowledgeable but none of them communicated with us with that sensitive touch of sincerity and most importantly - active listening. Cynthia didnt overwhelm or overpower us with her resourceful insights or knowledge (which most agents did), she listened actively to our objectives, before patiently sharing her inputs with rationales. With her proper analytical assessment and strategically goal setting of our home, we were ecstatic that our home was incredibly sold within 2 days of listing! Cynthia not only closed our unit resale with an estate record selling price, she closed it with a sense of pride for us - given that it was our matrimonial home. During the course, the feeling that I get from most of the property agents were rushing us to make decision and commit fast or they just went MIA after awhile.
