Comments by customer This is the first time that am working with Mary to lease my rental property, and I must say she will be a rising star in the property industry! Mary has an affable personality and she is very enthusiastic, passionate and detail-oriented in her work. Before I even formally appointed her, Mary took the time to know more about my rental property??s surrounding by visiting the area and taking external photos of the property. Then, she took the time to speak with me and enquired about my input for the type of tenants and/or other conditions that I may have (such as no pets). I was pleasantly surprised from this early conversation that she is already aware of the many recent happenings around my property, e.g. the construction nearby and my neighbour??s allergy to dog fur! When I met her at the rental property and formally appointed her, she took more photos of the interior, garden and backyard and before I reached my own home, I have received a link from Mary that she has already listed my property on Propnex! The photos she posted on the listing are beautiful! Over the next 4 weeks, Mary coordinated with my current Tenant on the convenient time to show my rental property to prospective tenants without troubling me at all. I was updated constantly throughout this process and on several Saturdays she has shown my rental property to 10 prospects in one day! I am very happy that Mary managed to secure a wonderful family as my new tenant within a month and above my rental expectation.
