They also cleared all our doubts if any as this is our first time buying and selling house. They managed to sell our place which was the second highest transaction in our estate within 3 weeks. After viewing many units the following week, they assisted to secure our new house the following day after viewing which fit our needs and requirements. Newly mop flat, comes with balcony, mid-high floor, does not require/minimal reno and most importantly, No COV. My husband and I were both very pleased with their service. We highly recommend their service! Thank you both for the hard work and dedication.
