    Comments by customer We first got in touch with Micheal last year when my wife was still on an S-Pass and we faced challenges with our loan amount, since only I was eligible. With a very tight budget and limited housing options back then, Micheal guided us patiently as we viewed a few units. In the end, we decided to wait for my wifes PR to improve our situation. At the end of last year, we reapplied for my wifes PR and thankfully it went through smoothly. Once approved, we immediately reached out to Micheal again. He took the time to patiently explain everything to us and shared all the possible options available. With his guidance, we decided to focus on 5-room HDB resale units. After several viewings and much internal deliberation, we finally found and secured our current unit the best fit within our means. From 20 May 2024 till date, a lot has changed for us, and we are truly grateful to have Micheals support throughout this journey. Micheal is calm, sensible, responsible, and very detailed. He is more like a friend than just an agent. Last year, when we were considering a condo unit but could not afford to hire an agent due to tight budget he even went the extra mile to guide me on how to negotiate directly with the seller (who was an agent himself). Although we did not proceed with that unit, I was deeply appreciative of his generosity and sincerity. Thanks to Micheal, we now have a place we can truly call home. We initially engaged him only to assist with selling our flat, we were so impressed with his service that we decided to engaged him again for the purchase of our new HDB flat. Although engaging an agent isnt required when buying a HDB flat, we trusted michael completely. Michael was always availablewhether by phone or in personto address our questions and guide us through every step of the buying and selling process. He even shared useful contacts, including mortgage advisors and law firms, to help streamline the transactions. As someone with high expectations, we viewed more than 10 flats together, and throughout, Michael was patient, attentive, and never pushy. He offered honest, thoughtful opinions about each propertys condition and always respected our preferences. He even drove us to viewings and never rushed us into making a decision which we truly appreciated. I will recommend Michael to anyone who is interested in buying and selling of flats.
