She became a friend and a great person to turn to when we needed advices and guidance. She was not pressurising us when we first sought her to ask about housing. Julie has been honest and patient. It was unbelievably efficient working with her. She replies no matter how late it was at night, she would sit with us and from knowing nothing, we understood what to do and we were sorted! We are first time buyers, the housing terms and laws kept changing but she always had the answer and manage it! If we are selling and moving houses, I would engage in Julie again! :)
