Being first time buyers, she walked us through the transaction and was always available when we had questions. The entire home buying process for us took around 6-8 months from viewing the first place to completion, and she was always there to assist where necessary. At the outset, she did a lot of information gathering on our criteria, including things we hadnt thought of before. Moreover, she took our financial capability/circumstances into account, and came up with various proposals addressing those needs. As a result, there was never any negative surprise and all the properties she showed us fulfill our criteria, which evolved slightly over time as wed seen more and more properties, and we are thankful that she had always remained patient with us along the way. While showing us the properties, she also took detailed notes of each property, what we liked/disliked about it, and kept it on a shared spreadsheet. She was never pushy and kindly offered her opinions when inquired about it, and it always feels consultative rather than transactional. Over the last few months, we can wholeheartedly say that we reached a very high level of trust. I would definitely strongly recommend her to friends/families who have SG properties needs.
