Comments by customer Richelle took up a difficult task to sell the property at its true value and not market value while other agents disagreed and tried to convince me otherwise. She understood why it was a prized unit and was able to connect with buyer to share the pros and cons. She did excellent coordination to take photos and arranging for views, we came to agreement with buyer in 1st viewing. Subsequently she patiently continued acting as a middle man for the handover and ensured both buyer and seller are agreeable. 9 months after the sale Richelle continued to remind me of any letters that may still be sent to the old address. After the sale, Richelle also helped me secure my new property and assisted in securing a rental for me during the transition. Will definitely engage again when I am ready for another upgrade!

We needed to sell as soon as possible upon MOP, so it wasnt easy seeing as there were a lot of competing units; we also needed to move to a mature estate where there werent many condos available. Despite all that, we managed to complete the sale and purchase faster than expected, and did 2 great deals that we are very happy with. We are very thankful for all the time and dedication on her part, especially grateful that she burned so many long weekends bringing us around for viewings even before we were eligible to buy, this gave us the confidence to smoothly transact when the perfect house for us was put up for sale.
