    Comments by customer I first met Charlyn during a condo viewing at Handy Suites. I did not end up taking that unit and continued my search. I wasnt expecting to hear from Charlyn about a unit at M5. She said that it would be something I probably would like. I did like the one-bedroom unit but thought it too small. Charlyn accommodated my request to see a 2-bedroom. She definitely was not wrong saying I would love the place. I made an offer a few minutes after seeing the unit. Charlyn was great. She kept me abreast of how the transaction was going. Asked about the simple light features I requested, guided me through setting up the power and water services, among other helpful details. Charlyn is pleasant and very easy to speak with. She carefully balanced my needs and that of the landlord. Am grateful to have met her during my search.

She helped every step of the way advising on listing before I moved then happily indulging my requests to see many different flats. She is extremely skilled at noticing potential issues in the apartments we saw over and above my requirements and advising on all aspects of any particular property. In a difficult market she managed to negotiate a fantastic deal, Im still not quite sure how! She was also great at working to my busy schedule and managed to resolve a couple of unexpected issues with the landlord post signing which saved me a lot of time and stress. She made the whole process very simple and I would highly recommend - an extremely positive introduction to Singapore!
