During my time in Japan, when urgent attention was required for my property, she was able to get the right person such as a locksmith to fix my door. During the week of handover, she was able to help arrange for the professional cleaner and pest control, where she oversaw the entire cleaning and pest control progress on her own. In terms of responsiveness, she was able to reply to my queries as best and prompt as she could. The above points was also on top of her being able to clinch me a highest tenancy rate for the month of January.
