Appreciation- She was quick to appreciate the value of my property for its future potential and unique characteristics - more so than just judging by face value. With this, she marketed the property with focus on distinct plus points identified. Availability - Val made herself available at all times. To entertain queries my family had, to meeting or calling me to update on the progress of the selling of the house, through to making herself available at odd hours to accommodate viewings. Attentiveness - Val was attentive to both my inexperience as a first time seller as well as concerns which I had. She devoted herself fully in each of her dealings with my family, and assimilated our concerns and views along the way. Her attentiveness made our meetings more personalised. Attitude - Perhaps the best quality Val has is her attitude. Her pleasant disposition and can-do spirit was never lacking. Throughout the sales process, her positivity and patience never ever dipped, even in some trying times.
