We chanced upon Jayson??s Facebook and looking at his past client??s reviews and video testimonials, we knew he was different and we decided to contacted him. He is a meticulous and detailed agent. He also shared with us the insight on the market behaviour and the price index of the current market. We were very impressed with the way he presented and marketed the place. There were many potential viewers and through his experience, he manage to narrow down and negotiated a price that was way above our expectations!
