He was patient, welcoming, offering to drive us on our Long day of viewings, and always giving us tips on how to view, the things to be aware of. As first time buyers, he never made us feel like we were asking silly questions - He was always more than willing to explain in detail the steps we needed to take, even laying the groundwork for how we can approach selling when the time comes. He even went the extra mile to meet us after the sale was completed to advise us on how we can play with lighting fixtures and smart home renovation ideas based on his own experiences.
