    Comments by customer From comprehensive analysis of our needs and requirements, we were left with only a handful of choice units due to fengshui and personal preference. We were also busy travelling in and out of Singapore for work matters so we left the onsite inspection to Henry. His expertise in real estate also showcase alot of his interior design knowledge and space planning. We eventually took slightly more than a month to be able to shortlist our top units. This new home is also very near the upcoming CRL mrt line. We love our new home, all thanks to Henry.

After 2 weekends of viewing that Henry zoned in and filter out for us, we really like one of the unit that is next to the new Woodlands MRT exit. Before the rental expires, I again engaged Henry to commence selling my house because I was going to move in with fiancee in Pasir Ris. The marketing took about close to 2 months and I had been offered a few times. Henry eventually surpassed my expected price and sealed the deal above asking price. I think it is also the highest for 1 bedroom type and the record holding dollar per square foot till date. I am impressed with his character and hardwork put into details.

    Comments by customer Being referred by a school friend to meet and discuss with Henry Ng on our jointly first investment property after selling the matrimonial 5 room HDB Build To Order flat, we are now about time to cash out more than $500,000 of capital Gain. This was simply because Henry made the effort to provide plenty of market information, statistics of transactions and the most important financial calculation of our affordability. We always thought of buying a condominium after selling the flat, but it was very blurry and didnt know which new launches make sense. This opportunity came in Lentor area where we all agreed that a new township is definitely a good chance. Especially with the close proximity (8 mins drive) for our daughters primary school. Thanks to Henry that we have upgraded successfully in a short time and managed to secure a 3 months extension of stay $47,000 above past transacted price in our area. We also really love the space (Executive Maisonette) which is near MRT, eateries and school for our son. Despite cov of around $30k for this purchase, but the house comes with good interior which we did not need to spend much on renovation. Henry has exceeded our list of expectations and till today, he still continue to value add and educate us with the latest property news, our home market value $$$ and also share the updates of our neighbourhood, including community events etc He is one of the kind realtor you will meet and experience. The struggle for a family of 4 with just 2 bedrooms, especially when kids are of different genders. All thanks to Henry. He has helped us moved ahead and elevated our housing size, also helped us saved more than $60k (compared to same size unit in the vicinity) Whats challenging was our concern on low floor and bad facings if we wanted to keep to our tight budget. Henry provided us a clear understanding of our finances and also negotiated the best deal ever for us. I had an agent friend who wanted to help me on this rental, he was much more senior than Henry. But knowing Henry has been professional in his work and very approachable during any of our in-house events etc, I got in touch with him. He amazed me with the tech tools he has equipped by the company and manages my expectations very well. He seems to know exactly what I was looking for very quickly. The market was slow and because my unit was under-furnished, there wasnt much selling point. I tried to list on carousel on my own and also Facebook. There has been alot of people asking but to no confirmation. I saw Henry on Facebook and decided to give him a shot. In about 2.5 weeks after he started helping me, I received multiple offers and eventually went with the most suitable profile tenants. And now they are looking to renew the rent. I was in the market looking for a studio or small 1 bedroom unit to rent and thats when I saw Henry has a listing in Yishun, Skies Miltonia. The demand was so high that the price eventually went above my budget and unit was tenanted to another couple. Henry then assisted me to source for other suitable home which we landed in The Gardens Residences in Hougang/Serangoon. He did his best to negotiate and got me a unit within 2 weeks. The application of necessary items to the tenancy contract facilitation and down to house moving and even the professional cleaning upon end of tenancy was a breeze. Our private condo situated in Seletar were in the market for 17 months but eventually sold successfully through the tough negotiation by Henry. He is someone who work very hard and discipline. I remember we had 8 agents advertising for our high floor 3 bedder condo unit. It was the lack of transactions volume back then, and the price tag that my mum and I really wish to achieve that took us this long time. We were told by the agents that it is not difficult to have buyers interested in our place because it was very convenient location, nice modern interior and huge balcony with North South facing. We dont get much response from the other agents and also very minimal viewing was arranged until Henry cane onboard wanting to build his portfolio. He took the challenge with leap of faith. I noticed the way he presented our place versus the other agents were very different. He brief the buyers all the Pros and Cons. We were worry that saying about the negative point of our house will push away buyer. But Henry proves us wrong. The sincerity, honesty and friendly gesture from his presentation actually gave buyers better visual of the place and to make well informed decision. Hes skilled in photography and videography. Despite our place being nicely renovated and in good shape, Henry brought in other props, music and even little detail like the humidifier to further enhance the house viewing experience for buyer. We gave 100% trust to him and allow him to do the home tour without our presence because we were busy with work schedule. I remember we did not give him the exclusive agent agreement but yet he manages to bring in much more viewership. Total about 5 groups comes over 2 weeks time compared the other agent who only gave us 1 viewing appoint. We are very happy that we are able to get the right buyer and sold our flat within 5 weeks. From being consistently responsive, courteous and with industry knowledge coupled with objectivity, so that expectations are both realistic but nonetheless, ever willing to chase a tough sales or rental target for his clients. Not many agents, for example, tell their clients to hold their price firm, even in the midst of unimpressive responses to postings. In a nutshell, it??s more than just skill and experience - boils down to character and pride in finding ways to do the very best for his clients. I highly recommend this agent, both as a professional for your real estate needs but also as a trusted partner (who even volunteers to put up your apt curtains for you). I came across Henrys listing in yishun and was looking to do some research around. Henry was extremely patient with tons of my questions and he managed to learn not just the basic budget, location but of my lifestyle, daily needs and also fengshui! ?? Amazing man! With my really strong belief in numerology and fengshui, Henry went to screen through all possible listings in a very efficient manner. Keeps me updated frequently and eventually we set on 2 units to view. It was tedious and complicated process as we experienced stress and pressure from the sellers agent. Not providing guidance and truthful info and just highlighted some good points. Trying to smoke us through the viewing process.
