Comments by customer I was recommended to Zhen Yi Lim by a good friend. I have 2 bad experience in the past and give him a try. We contacted each other oh the 10th Sept 2020 I informed that I have 2 Common Rooms for rental after the 26th October 2020 After a few Viewing/rejects, he finally had tenants for the both my Common Rooms in one scope. I received the deposit on the 23rd October 2020 and they moved in on the 1st Nov 2020 with a 1 year lease. His follow up service is something that he takes very seriously in handling without any problems. I am totally amazed at his support, unlike the past 2 Housing Agents that I had.
