    Comments by customer Looking for a realtor who is responsible, reliable and responsive? I highly recommend Alex. My husband and I met him by chance when we were viewing properties in the Punggol area and I would say we were very lucky to have met him. He was quick in understanding what we were looking for. When we found a unit that we liked, he knew that we may not be immediately available to view the unit as we have a young kid and offered to do a video call for us. He also helped us negotiate the transaction successfully within a couple of hours. Thereafter, we also had a good experience with him getting tenants for our property. He sieved through the applicants before sending their profiles over to us for shortlisting. Paperwork was a breeze with him around. You can count on him to provide you with his honest opinions through his years of experience.

When we met Alex at a property, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped to arrange more viewings in line with that. He was quick to arrange viewings and gives frank advice on the properties. He was always patient with us even when though our requirements changed. He only adviced but never pushed his opinions on us, instead listening to our feedback. Having Alex as our agent made the whole process of finding our home so much easier. I have recommended Alex to my friends and will continue to do so!

    Comments by customer I had found Alex to be a sincere man, a man who takes initiative. Back in 2022, my wife and myself were initially looking at a soecific executive condo, he actually offered to meet us and recommended another EC which proved to be better in location. He even took the initiative to drive us to the location of the EC that we were initially interested in to compare locations. After countless discussions to and fro, we found him to be prompt and patient in his replies. It helped us made our decision to purchase it. We found him to be a true friend to even accompany us to sign agreements with the lawyers during purchase as well as not looking upon us as customers but a friend in wanting to build up relationships. We also found out abt his philosophy which is to treat others how u yrself want yo be treated. It explains why he values friendships. He is also insightful and constantly gives us info on the housing development and news. It shows him as a person who does his homework and his passion for the industry. The confidence he exhibits, enables us to trust him in his advices and it leads into good decision making from us
