At first, it was overwhelming doing our own research and speaking to agent-friends, as there were many possible options and we werent sure what the best route was for us. What really stood out was how they first took the time to understand our priorities and goals instead of pushing us into a quick decision. They patiently walked us through the options and shared practical insights that helped us make confident choices. We eventually trusted them with both the sale of our home and our next purchase. Most impressively, they managed to sell our home within one viewing in less than two weeks which was exactly the timeline they had targeted.     Comments by customer I got to know Pam more than a decade ago, when she was just finishing uni. She came across as determined, vivacious and passionate in all that she does, and always putting the best interest of others before herself. When she made her leap into property, her hard work, tenacity and eventual success were traits that I admire. So when I had plans to sell my 5 room HDB in Chai Chee, I knew I had to reach out to her to hear her views and strategies. At our first meeting, my hubs and I were impressed by her knowledge as she shared her experience. She may not be a veteran in the industry yet, but together with her husband, Eric, we could see how meticulous and enthusiastic they were. We didn??t feel any pressure to engage them, and in the end, we decided to trust her and Eric to sell our beloved home. Our property was listed in a few days, and after hosting close to 10 viewings, and a bidding ??war?? we sold within 2 weeks at record price above our asking and valuation! Another challenge we gave to this dynamic couple was the concurrent purchase of a new private property.
