    Comments by customer We were very grateful that we have engaged William as our housing agent when we were exploring into selling and buying a new condo back in 2021. He is the right person with both financial knowledge and real estate experience to guide his client with proper planning so that we are financially covered in all aspect. He is not pushy and would not allow his client to be over committed financially when we were looking into buying a new condo. On the other hand he has helped us to sell our house in a short period of time and generate high frequency of potential viewing for our old condo . His follow up service is excellent and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to William whose patience and professionalism make it possible for the whole process of buying and selling to go smoothly

    Comments by customer I identified a few units and William made all the arrangement for viewings. Since timing had to be perfect from handing keys on my sold apartment to moving in to new, he helped to arrange for us to access the unit for taking ID measurement and also negotiated on completion date so as to meet our renovation and moving in timeline. As the unit was tenanted so making all these arrangements more challenging.

Our problems: - want to move from hdb to freehold condo - want to sell hdb at a high price - want to buy freehold condo at reasonable price but do not have a place in mind yet. Results: - sold low floor hdb at the top of range (higher than most high floors unit except for a couple of transactions) - found a nicely-sized new place that suits our lifestyle - bought freehold condo at reasonable price (albeit slightly higher than what we targeted)

He may not be the most extroverted and chatty person but his analysis of each and every development we went to is spot on and meticulous.
