Clement is also super patient in guiding us in the online CPF, HDB portal, often screen shot step by step and even offer to come onsite to show and demo to us. Our flat was sold within lightning speed of 1 week after listing, this was indeed a miracle! And most important of all the price was right! Thank you Clement for making this possible.

    Comments by customer Clement is a hardworking and knowledgeable agent. He began his career as a property agent during his time in NS where he studied and took tests for his license. He put in extra hours to get his job done so that he could go for classes or study at night. The astounding thing is he always put his men first and did his readings in his limited free time. He contacted me 5 years ago asking, if he could share with me his sales pitch and even asked me to go to showrooms with him so he could observe and learn from the experience of other agents. Back then, I had no money but he continued to send me articles and fire sales. This actually motivated me to save up as it has always been a dream to go into private property. Fast forward to today, I just bought a freehold unit in D12 with my bro Clement Chew and I wish him a long and successful career as I intend to buy more with him in the future. The thing about a property agent is you have to trust him/her. I trust Clement and you should too.
