Her personally helped my wife and I over the years during very chaotic moves, setups, negotiations and more. I highly recommend James!

He educated use in advance of our arrival, and his scheduling prowess let us view nearly a dozen apartment showings during our short apartment hunting trip. He helped negotiate the lease and made the move-in process easy. But, James does much more. He assisted in helping us setup our local phones and Singapore banking. He guided us to merchants for furniture and introduced us to local restaurants, too. After the move-in, he continues to provide excellent service and has seamlessly handled a few required repairs. 5 starts to our friend James

The higher commission we paid is all worth it. We achieved our price. Beautified our house and got it sold. Thank you James.

Not only did he managed to lease our my premises within a short few weeks, he had managed to secure a monthly rent above expectations. Furthermore, finding a tenant through James was a walk in the park as he will oversee the entire process and seek my opinion or decision when necessary. In a nutshell, I would engage James services and would strongly recommend him to my friends and anyone who wishes to lease out their premises.
