Her meticulous attention to timing and financial adequacy (an apex in academia btw..PhD in Mathematics ??? to minimise exposure and maximise potentials helped me/an engineer! (Famous/Infamous for wanting/waiting for factuals??? made decisive decisions in an otherwise never ending procrastination stage???. *Her honesty and friendly persona emanated from the many close follow ups between buying and selling parties, right into many wee hours??盇ll thanks to her and her resources (bankers lawyers), my family is well settled in the current life stage.
