He illustrated our financial position clearly and was detailed in his explanation. He was able to identify our needs accurately and presented the best options which we resonate with. Most importantly, while he is professional and composed, we did not felt pressured. Unlike many horror stories that we have heard, the whole sale and purchase experience was very pleasant.
