I recently engage with him on a studio rental unit whereby he provided a good overview of the market, range of options and the pros and cons of offerings. I returned to the chosen site 3x, prior to confirming. He was patient throughout and professional in his dealings. I would like to pen down these words of encouragement to spur him on. To cut the story short, eventually I seek his assistance for my investment property. I was very pleased that he managed to negotiate and secure a seaview unit for me at below market price. I will highly recommend Eddie to anyone that need real estate agent services.

From the first meeting and to the subsequent flat viewings, Eddie shared with us valuable information and knowledge from home ownership to the property market and beyond. Having Eddie as our agent really helped to alleviate our stress and made the whole buying process very much fuss free. Overall, we only have compliments for Eddie and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with buying or selling of their property.

    Comments by customer In additional, I am pleased with my transaction; basically the undermentioned reasons: 1) A friendly and approachable agent. 2) Sharing of procedures and methods to get started. 3) Good Video, Pictures capturing of my unit 4) Constant getting buyers to view whom are mostly showing interest. 5) Think of better alternatively ways to get even more viewers 6) In a short time, my unit was sold. Eddie kept updating the status of my unit, showing professionalism, advice and assist in any unsure of mine. I heard delay of some other agents of getting the right buyer which can last for months, but Eddie Tork had settled for me in a short period. The time and space of getting my new unit and selling my current unit is of a challenge. Thank you Propnex and Eddie Tork.

    Comments by customer I am very happy that I have engaged Eddie and Kevin to help me with my big asset project, ie selling my old HDB flat and buying a new launch condo flat. It has been a long journey starting from February 2020 to January 2021. Today, my goals are achieved as planned. Looking back, It was really an enjoyable period of time, where I have learnt tremendously about property market and Eddie and Kevin has helped me tremendously by sharing their professional views and insights and market information, always being responsive to my various queries and requests as I did my own study, without rushing me to get a deal done but instead always helping me to review and analyse potential properties with patience and reminding me of things to note to make sure that I won??t regret over the decision I make, helping me plan and execute each necessary step at the right time while following my schedule. It was really a pleasant experience partnering Eddie and Kevin in this journey! Highly recommend!

He went out of his way to arrange for viewings, and took great pains to prepare for each viewing in a professional manner. He was able to explain clearly to each interested party, the merits of my apartment. Whenever I had a question or a potential buyer had a question for me, Eddie was prompt and polite in explaining until all doubts cleared. What made Eddie stand out as an agent, was his willingness and kindness in helping the sale go through. I will recommend Eddie to anyone, anyday.
