He helped me sell my flat at a price higher than I ever expected. When I was ready to accept a quick deal without thinking carefully, he took the time to explain the potential issues I might face in the future if I buy too hastily. He guided me patiently, advising me to clear and clean both my parents and my own belongings, and explained the reasons clearly.
