Both of them had been exceptional in their competency and efficiency in the all matters pertaining to administration, promotion, processing and all required preparations, during the sale, during and after the sale. Our unit was sold the very first day it was promoted and at a record breaking high price. Any queries and requests from both sides (Ourselves as Seller) and the Buyer were promptly and competently dealt with, everything went through smoothly and was even expedited as a result. All the time during the process, we were had peace of mind and were in very good hands. There is no doubt whatsoever that we will insist on their services should we have need of property services.
