We felt comfortable working with them as a team, and that confidence continued to grow throughout the entire property- selling our flat and buying process. What we appreciated most was their patience and genuine willingness to help. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the transaction the overall timeline, banking and financing requirements, estimated payments, documentation, and what we needed to prepare at each stage. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they responded promptly and patiently, making sure we understood everything before moving forward. Throughout the whole journey, we never felt that we had to worry about what came next. They were always there to remind us, guide us, and make sure that important matters were handled at the right time.     Comments by customer I have been renting out my flat for 20 years and Benny is one of my best agent. He is very responsible and had good market knowledge. Twice he found me good tenants in a short time and his negotiation skills are superb and fair resulting in a win- win situation for both parties. He also went out of his way to get a remote control for the TV and take care to remove ice from the fridge when the electricity was out. I highly recommend Benny for his exceptional service.
