    Comments by customer My husband and I were very lucky to have been referred to Ms Joris by sons father-in-law whom had used her for rental. She helped us to close the deal for a unit at Monterey Park sometime in mid 2021, which she co-broked with another agent. Apart from her superb professionalism and absolutely hard-to-find service, Joris post-transaction service has always been very good. She was not pushy and would even help us with analysing options. We are very impressed and pleased with her quick research and preparations in bringing us to view apartments after our phone call to understand our desires. She would without fail print for us some colored pictures and profile of each property for our reference and retention, which were not seen in another property agent from another company. Most of her, her sincerity in helping us to get the best deal was very heart-warming. Propnex is very lucky to have such an agent. When I next referred her to my neighbour and sister-in-law, they too were very very happy with Joris professionalism, sincere, patient and caring services so as to guard their best interests. Such nice services are very hard to come by, as most agents would just try to work towards closing the deal quickly. I will definitely not hesitate to engage and/or refer her to my family/relatives/friends. She is just very wonderful and will still not mind that I consult her from time to time for some property-related issues.
