First and most important, she has proven to me time and again that I can trust her, and that she truly has my best interests at heart. That is the most important thing you??d want from someone handling your property. She is honest, transparent and has spent more time than I think she should have to help me find the best and most cost effective solutions to managing my flat and its tenant! From physically helping me renovate the flat in between tenants, to quickly finding suitable tenancy candidates, to sorting out minor issues like appliances, plumbing and hardware, to advising me on Singapore tax returns, she is the whole package. The phrase I would use to describe her is ??always going above and beyond?? Irene is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her for both flat sales and rentals.
