Nix was very patience and understanding. Not only did he not dismissed our requirements, but he gave very good advice on how we should market our unit. The entire process took less than 2 weeks, from marketing to contract signing. Nix was very attentive to small details and took the extra effort to vent through all the potential renter. This saved us a lot of time and trouble from opening our unit to the potential renters, since we were still staying there back then. Overall we were very pleased and would highly recommend his service to anyone looking to rent out their unit.
