    Comments by customer Originally consulted PJ on a housing option we had in mind and really glad we did that as he explained clearly the pros and cons which allowed us to make a more informed discision. When deciding to sell our unit he also gave suggestions to see which is the best way to get a good price and same time keep the timeline manageble. He helped us negotiate and secured a very good price for our unit even continuing with the follow up after the unit was sold. Thanks to PJ, the process of selling our unit has been very smooth and with a outcome that went well beyond our expectations!
