    Comments by customer Our agent Randall had 2 videos very professionally done, which managed to garner approx 500k views on TikTok, so we managed to get good flow of viewers and sold our unit swiftly. We were guided well by Randall resulting in a smooth transaction.

    Comments by customer I got to know about Randall from a mailer ad sent out by his team. I was drawn in by the claims on his mailer on how successful he and his team are in handling subsale units for new condos as I had a new subsale condo unit for sale. I was skeptical initially but I quickly realised that Randall is knowledgeable and indeed very capable in the marketing and sale of subsale units for new condos. I remembered speaking to him on 9 Nov 2022 and within a week or so he was able to muster up a team of agents and start marketing for my property. His marketing plan and actions proved very effective as he managed to sell off my subsale unit within a month since our first call. I was truly impressed with the level of efficiency and speed as a previous agent whom I had engaged did not even have much responses for more than half a year. As I was stationed overseas, Randall even went the extra mile to arrange for courier service for the physical documents to be sent back to Singapore without my reminder and assured me that everything will be taken care of by him. I must say the service provided was impeccable indeed. Overall I am extremely satisfied and pleased with the entire selling journey with Randall. He has proven to be a meticulous and professional agent who is capable in delivering the desired outcomes for his clients.

    Comments by customer On a personal level, Randall has a very approachable personality which allowed myself to be able to reach out to him with any queries I may have with regards to the property/subsale market. On a professional level, he was able to provide professional advice based on my overall desired outcome in the purchase of the property. Despite multiple changes I had in my personal goals in my property purchase, Randall was patient and assisted in the property search. He was able to give me a holistic overview of the property market and recommend different projects for me to consider based on my ever changing budget and preference (in terms of number of room etc). This allowed me to make a comprehensive decision and not just based on a single project. It was a pleasant working experience with Randall, as he was patient, approachable and a good listener. He actively listens to my considerations and make recommendations to suit the my needs and wants. Throughout this purchase process, Randall gave myself the feeling that he was more of a friend than an agent. This is important as with any big purchase, trust is one of the biggest contributing factors. Randall will definitely be one of my first choice in my next property search. Working with Randall was great that I??ve already referred friends to work with him! ???

He is prompt in his response. After the meet up, I find him and his partner a very sincere and down to earth pair. Genuine, strategic and pretty confident of dealing with subsales of new condo. After a couple of days, I decided to engage Randall to sell my unit. The exclusive was signed on 4 Oct 2022. My unit was sold on 17 Oct 2022. I am amazed by the speed at which the deal was sealed. Randall has proven to be a professional, sincere and competent agent. Glad to have engaged him.
