Comments by customer I believe in saving for big purchases during crisis, however in times of crisis, we also do not have the luxury of time on our side. I'm very happy that my PropNex agent shares the same beliefs but doesn't skim on the background work. Because we knew what we wanted, she was very prompt in arranging for a viewing, feeling then that a lockdown was imminent in view of the rising covid-19 cases. The property was then tenanted and the tenant was also very worried about the threat we posed coming into her home. I believe she kept trying to secure a viewing for us, and we were quickly able to view the property for ourselves, narrowly avoiding a virtual viewing. As this was an investment property, she was also quick to provide 2 sets of comparable properties; one on the same price range and another set on the same locale. Being decisive had less to do with our ability to make a swift decision, and more with the amount of information we were offered, above what we wanted to know.
