Gone the extra mileComments by customer Ashley handled our move from a HDB flat to a condo. We couldnt ask for a better agent than her. For the sale of my HDB flat, Ashley was meticulous in her preparation work. She spent half a day at my place trying to get the best angles to showcase the place. In 1 weekend, we had more viewings compared to the previous 1 month. We sold the place slightly more than a week after she took over as our agent, and at a good price. We had been marketing the unit for more than 3 months previously. She was amazingly fast! And she handled all the paperwork for us. Luck may play a part, but one cannot ignore Ashleys skills at people relations. She understands our needs and she is more interested to help you make the best decision for your property goal rather than to clinch the deal. Taking our purchase as an example. Though we have our viewpoints as buyers for our next property, she isnt afraid to share her opinion, and very importantly the reasoning behind, with us. She readily makes herself available to us for long discussions despite having other clients to attend to. We considered our future need for space and even the exit plans before finalising the purchase. We had a very positive experience with our move thanks to Ashley. Though she cant perform miracles, having Ashley as your agent is half the battle won! -

Gone the extra mileComments by customer ashley is a knowledgeable agent, who is very efficient and quick to follow-up on things (such as viewing schedules, queries on the flat, and she is very proactive/takes lot of initiative!) as a first time home buyer, i??m clueless about most things but she has been patient and sincere in our home-finding journey. she also gives good advice not just on house-related matters, but also is far-sighted and takes into account long term for such a big purchase (such as budgeting/financing, your future family plans etc) you will be in good hands if she??s your agent :)
