After a chat with Dylan, he broke down our finances and helped us see that now was actually a good time to make the move. We ended up selling our 2-plus-study unit and made a sweet $320K profit even as second owners! With that, we confidently upgraded to a 4-bedder in Lentor. Super happy we went for it during a buyers market. No regrets at all, and well definitely be reaching out to Dylan again for the next move.

We had the intention of making an upgrade from our existing private property but not sure when is the right time and what to upgrade to. After speaking with Dylan, he gave us a clear assessment of our current financials and we felt now is the time to make the change. In the end, we sold our 2 plus study bedder for a whopping 320K profit (even as a 2nd owner of the condo) and we managed to upgrade with confidence to a 4 bedder in Lentor. We were happy that we did the upgrade when it was a buyers market. No regrets on this decision and we look forward to our next property move with Dylan.
