What i really appreciated, that not only did she have excellent knowledge in the industry, was that she took time to find out about my needs, and able to give advice that was personalised, and catered to my needs. Never once was she pushy, gave me time to consider when I needed it, and also followed up promptly. My first deal unfortunately fell through, and I was glad Sabrina was there, to guide, and also was reassuring at the same time, that led me to finding my eventual home! Her initial call-up was informative and pre-emptive to us as new buyers - we learnt quite a lot about the real estate industry. Based on our needs and financial outlook, Sabrina researched and compiled a comprehensive list of properties for us to look at. She was responsive in answering our queries, and took initiative in planning visits or gathering further information. Comments by customer We would not have been able to clinch our new home unit without Sabrina!! My husband and I had originally planned to do buying of a resale ourselves. However, all the HDB documents were so daunting... When we reached out to Sabrina mid-process for help, she readily took on our project! Found out our preferences, needs, and liaised with the agent of the unit we liked. Little did we know, another family was eyeing the exact unit. Sabrina sprung into action, negotiated a best deal, advised us what steps to take and all. And all these were done despite it being late, past 10pm!! Within an hour, we did our OTP and the rest is history =D BUT, Sabrinas services did not end there... We really wanted to start renovation fast. She knew exactly what advices to provide us, what forms we could apply for to make that happened etc... When sellers needed a few days extension from handover, Sabrina on her own initiative prepared official documents for sign off so we could be rest assured all would be on time, every party is clear... Comments by customer Sabrina helped us find a house really quickly is less than 2 weeks after we sold our flat. Prior to that she asked us many guiding questions to know what type of house we were looking at from location, size, price and was very detailed. She helped setup viewings quickly and negotiate price, etc with the sellers and we manage to get the house we want.

Everything was smooth and easy to follow! She also has put in a lot of effort in sourcing and arranging viewings for us, and pivoted with us as halfway through we ended up looking more into ECs at Sengkang instead of the East. Overall we are very satisfied!
