    Comments by customer We got to know Ms Avis Wong through our friend. Having bad experiences with property agents in general, we were hopeful that Avis will be a better person to work with. Without hesitation we engaged Avis to look after our rental property in Cairnhill. We were not very lucky with good paying tenants which gave us a lot of headache and stress. Monthly rental payments in particular. Very fortunate for us, Avis was very diligent in chasing them for rental on a monthly basis and was very firm with the tenants?? lack of attitude in being timely. With her great service, we were able to receive our monthly rent. It really eased us of a lot of unnecessary hassle. Coming to renewal and handovers. It??s always a pain to deal with tenants that??s been irresponsible throughout the tenancy, handing over was never going to be a breeze. Avis would really run the show and make sure everything is according to TA. She would keep us informed step by step. Once the unit was taken back from tenant,
