Confident, informative and relevant to the current rules and regulations of the property world in singapore. As a first time buyer, Khalid help me to see the benefits of how the singapore government has provided grants that could minimise the upfront payment needed to purchase a home. With the proper knowledge and calculation, he not only showed me the steps but actually hold my hand through the purchase of my first home. Always ready to answer my queries and also helping me to email HDB personals to ease my document submission and trace actions throughout the period of purchase. When we met a bump where the owner had family problems with the house we wanted to purchase he went out of his way to contact the previous owners family and negotiated a way for them and also us to still purchase the house.
