    Comments by customer I am really appreciative of the efforts Max has put in to help us find our dream home, as well as marketing our unit. He did a great job identifying suitable units that will serve my family needs based on what we shared, and was not in a rush to close the deal. Instead, he wanted my wife and I to be very certain this is the dream unit we wanted, by even encouraging us to look at places that are slightly out of budget, or doesnt meet 1 of our criteria. He explains that this is to ensure that we are very certain and clear on what we are paying and not paying for. We went to view the unit more than once, to ensure that it is the unit that we wanted. Max is also familiar with the units we are viewing, and could tell us information about the lease, land owner and was candid in sharing both the good and bad regarding the en-bloc prospects of the unit I am purchasing. This also helped me have clarity in what I am purchasing, rather than get a big surprise further down the road. In addition, he was able to arrange for multiple viewings of my place in a short period of time, and engaged the prospective buyers well, which got me a few offers within 1 weekend of viewing. Max also looked into supporting our moving concerns, and made arrangements with the sellers agent to support us in our decision and minimise the worries of double-moving. I will strongly recommend Max to my friends, if they are looking to sell or purchase a unit.
