Even before the property TOP they were very helpful in providing market information and keeping us informed about the possibility of getting tenants and which could be the possible price range for rental. They were very professional in scheduling of viewings, communicating updates of the prospective tenants and the eventual negotiation of the rental and lease agreement. We believe this was done very efficiently and we were one of the first owners to lease out our premises in Martin Modern after it went TOP.
