    Comments by customer I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by Jennifer Lim and Raymond Ng in the sale of my landed property at Jalan Sahabat. Initially, I had engaged a relative who is a property agent with the sale. Unfortunately, despite nearly six months there were very few enquiries and viewings did not result in any sincere offers. As this was time-consuming and unproductive, I decided to terminate the engagement. Subsequently, I approached Jennifer, whom I have known for more than 12 years, to seek her assistance. Jennifer and Raymond arranged a very detailed and thorough discussion with me to understand my objectives and expectations. Following that, they engaged a professional surveyor to conduct detailed measurements and valuation of the property. The reports prepared were highly professional and provided potential buyers with a clear comprehensive understanding of the property. As a result of their efforts, the property attracted many serious enquiries and offers within the first few months. Although the initial offers did not meet my asking price, Jennifer and Raymond promptly adjusted their marketing and negotiation strategy. Raymond understanded the difficulties and continue to pursue on with limitation . He ensured that I understand of the financing portion , constantly look out for new sale posting and.arranging appt . After I got the ideal flat , he still continue to assist me on the followup with seller as there was a months extension.
