I wish however we were informed that there was a construction site right in front on the building. It makes a lot of noise from 7am to 7pm everyday from monday to saturday and wakes us up every morning, especially since the bedroom curtains let a lot of light go through. I would also like to point out the fact that many household appliances in the kitchen like the oven or the 4 hotplates are out of order and we only have one electrical hotplate and few utensils (only one stove for instance) which is problematic since were 7 people in the condo and all need to cook everyday.
